I purchased the English Pear and Freesia diffuser and i have to say I love it! I'm obsessed with my home smelling nice and have searched for such a long time to find the perfect scent and I've now found the one. It's smells inviting and warm and looks elegant too. I will definitely be purchasing this again.

Very self indulgently I had decided to treat myself to my first Jo Malone purchase. In an effort to treat visitors to my home as well as just myself I went for the room diffuser. I've just come home for the first time having set up the diffuser and it is just wonderful. Such a fresh scent and it has easily filled my 5m sq living room. I'd recommend to anyone wanting to add a touch of luxury to their home.

First time Jo Malone purchase

Love the smell of this diffuser but after a few weeks the liquid turns to the colour of cold black tea. JM kindly replaced my purchase but the same thing happened again. Maybe a design fault with the black reeds, perhaps JM could consider changing to natural reeds.

Great smell, but....

I love this perfume so thought that having the lovely aroma in my bedroom would be fabulous. It is a gentle perfume but this reed difuser just doesn't seem to do the job. The only time anyone can smell the aroma is when they get their noses right up to the reeds. A little sad considering the quality and vibrancy of the other Jo Malone products that I have used

Disappointed

My 16yr old daughter bought me several JM items for Mothers Day as she knows how much I love them. I adore English Pear and Freesia so she bought me my first diffuser. Whilst the packaging and item is very luxurious, unlike the perfume, bath oil and other items in this collection, the diffuser doesnt fill my room and like another reviewer said, you have to stand over it to smell it. Slighlty dissappointed but still a lovely gift and thought.

there is no doubt about it that Jo Malone diffusers are the very best, i usually buy the Lime Basil and Mandarin, as I use all the English pear and freesia fragrance and body products I thought that I would try the diffuser, very disappointed, doesn't fragrance my room at all, if you pick it up and smell it, lovely, but as a diffuser it just doesn't work

I recently purchased this diffuser over a week ago and I am so disappointed with the smell. It's non existent. I regularly buy JM diffusers and thought I would have a change as I typically buy pomegranate noir or red roses. I won't be making the same mistake again. Very disappointed with this purchase & would not recommend to anyone to purchase this.

I had this as a birthday present which was a real treat. I cannot smell it at all! This is so unlike Jo Malone products but despite putting it in the smallest room I cannot detect any fragrance despite rotating the sticks. Very disappointed. As it was a gift I cannot take it back which adds to my disappointment,

This is the second diffuser I have purchased from JM. I am a loyal customer who uses multiple product throughout the year. Quality is diminishing quickly on the home products . My last diffuser was a dud and this i hate to say is the same -don't waste your money. I have tried to contact customer service and have yet to hear back , again disappointed-

Another disappointment

I put two of these diffusers in my room and I can honestly not smell them. Im disappointed because I first smelt them in a friend's bedroom and she claimed it was over 4 months old and it permeated her bedroom and landing - such a nice smell - but my first one didn't do the job so I bought a second one and they still did not really perfume the room as I had experienced at my friends - and nobody new to the house commented on the smell either. Lastly the fluid in the bottle turned very brown and unsightly to look at - presumably the dye from the black reeds? So disappointed.

Just not worth the money - too weak
