Quality

We've had our Epic freezer for almost 2 years now and are very pleased with it. It performs well and the quality shows. We've never had an issue with it and honestly, really don't expect to. We love the fact that we rarely have to defrost it, even though it doesn't have a frost-free feature.

Bought for our basement as extra storage. It worked great and we had no issues. We would have loved to buy some kind of sorting parts for the inside, like baskets, but couldn't find.

Received this freezer last week and found damage both corner. Received on time and  but damage during delivery. Freezer is good and working normal and very quite and perfect size. But not happy due to found damage during delivery. Please see attached picture for damage corner. Only give 3 star rating due to damage on corner.

I cannot say much to the functionality of this fridge, as I am writing this review moments after taking it out of its box, to find it quite badly damaged (front top corner) that I would not be able to 'fix

Id seen the prior review of a customer receiving their same fridge, damaged, but was hoping this may have been a one off.

I really need a freezer and there are limited options where I live, for this size of freezer especially, and I am very disappointed that it arrived this way.
