This game that keeps my two year little girl and 5 year old little boy entertained. This is also something they can play together and I don't hear them brokering over who gets what. If you have little get this game.

We are obsessed!

It took a little time to put together, but once that was done, super easy to use. We had fun playing with this forever. I would definitely recommend to any family who's kids love cars and racing things.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Super Mario Super Mario Kart Deluxe a couple of months ago and I can not wait to buy more Mario Kart. My child loves anything Super Mario once I brought this home. I will recommend this game to my family and friends.

Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While this is a fun idea, its a little rough for my almost five year old.  **I know it is recommended for 5 and up.** My older girls enjoy playing too, but my 7 year old even has  a little bit of a hard time with it.  It seems a little flemsy for something that requires so much focus and concentration, but it has still been fun.

Fun in theory

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are huge Mario fans so we were super excited about this Super Mario Kart Deluxe toy. It is pretty easy to pop the pieces together and is super cute and unique which we loved. Unfortunately when it comes to actually playing there are a lot of design flaws that make actually playing get boring and frustrating quickly. First off the person who is Mario uses the red buttons and switches to move Mario around the track and the person who is Luigi uses the green buttons and switches to move Luigi. The first problem is that the track kind of covers the green buttons and switches and makes them harder to see and use compared to the red ones. Then there are a lot of times when playing that the cars get stuck or fly off the track which gets annoying to have to fix constantly. It can still be fun but we honestly got bored pretty fast which was disappointing. Overall it is a cute toy but it definitely needs improvements to make it work better.

Needs some work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loves playing his Mario Kart on his nintendo so I knew he would be interested in this. This is a really decent size, which would be really cool to have as a travel game if going on long trips. This is for 2 players but it can also be played with just for fun as 1 person. The way it works is, theres a starting line and a ending point. There are different laps that make this identical to the actual game. On the side where the starting lap is, there is a ticker which clocks each lap. This does not take batteries, which I thought was really neat. It has different buttons to press all around to make the cars go through each obstacle and lap. This comes with 2 race car characters, Mario and Luigi and stickers for placement. This is fun but we always get stuck on the escalator type ramp…for some reason both cars get stuck at the bottom half and need a push to go up which defeats the purpose of the race. Other than that this is a really cool and fun game to have for any age or gender.

Great for travel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Super Mario Kart Deluxe is just ok. It has some features that can make it problematic. One issue is that the track breaks apart easily. It also has an issue with Mario going on a different track than what he started on. Luigi was ok on his track Mario would go on Luigi's track. There are six different obstacles that my son found was fun. The two slides they take a while to get all the way up and the last one you have to take your time or you will end up at the beginning of where you started.
