Ease Of Use

Ease Of Mixing

Can be overwhelming and persist after application.

Mixes quickly and thickens fast after application.

Unquestionably, Gorilla epoxy is superior to all other brands available. The manufacturer's claims are substantiated by its versatility in all situations, whether it is fabric, concrete or -- my latest use -- temporarily rebuilding the beak for my chicken attacked by a raccoon, until it grows out. The ONLY improvement I think is needed is the labeling: The font used in the directions is tiny and against the clear background, is virtually impossible to read. That section of the label with instructions needs to be white with dark letter font. If the text can be extended around the sides of the packaging syringe, it can be made bigger and more legible.

Great product/labeling suggestion

This product is the absolute best. It saved me literally days of work on one thing. After 2 years you cannot even tell it's there visually or that I used it in the area I used it(and it's outdoors). And I continue to buy the black and clear gorilla epoxy. Nothing works near as good!

Superb bonding

I broke my favorite jade pendent and the internet said I can fix it with epoxy glue. I went with Gorilla because of the brand. Instruction is very straight forward and I got it to work on the first try. After 24 hours curing, the jade is now firmly attached again. Very happy with the purchase to preserve something with great sentimental value.

Clear instruction. Works great.

This is excellent glue. It mixes easily, and gets quite sticky after about 5-10 minutes. You get about 100 inches of moderate sized bead from this. It is rock hard in 12-24 hours. Be sure to wear vinyl gloves when working with this. Highly recommended!

Sticks strong, but not too quickly

Everything related to consumer features/properties is good. Even the setting time of the glue is really optimal (not too short and not to long). Good stuff.

Clean your surfaces to be epoxied and it holds things together very well as long as you follow the directions. Dries very clear!

Clear epoxy

It is highly rated, which is why I purchased it. I don't know if it is better than other 5 minute setting epoxies. My particular tube didn't release equal amounts of resin and hardener, I had to play around with it to get it to have equal amounts and I had a lot of waste. I don't regularly use epoxy, but if I had to do it again, I'd get a product with separate tubes. That's my reason for the 3 out of 5 rating. I purchased it to fix 2 items, 1 fixed perfectly and I was sorry to see the other fix totally failed.

Probably as good as similar products

tool like over an hour to set and kept poping the 2 peices away instead of staying together but finally got it to stay with pressure and works great

While I got it to work, the difficulties encountered mean I won't buy it again or recommend it.
The two parts have different viscosities. This results in different amounts of the two parts coming out. I was able to get equal amounts of each part two times, but only by trying to tilt and squeeze the plunger with different pressures on each side... which is very difficult. The deeper the plunger goes, the more difficult it gets to squeeze out equal amounts.
In conclusion, the adhesion is good when you can get the ratio right, but the viscosity and delivery system make that extremely difficult.

Difficulties mixing make this a no go for me

Product was a single, not the 10 pieces advertized. RETURNED for a quick refund.
