I didn't realize until it arrived that this only contains the color cartridges and there is no black. But the price is the same as other retailers that sell this package with the black cartridge. you live and learn

just three colors. I thought black was included but it was not.

Delicious!!!

Ink must have been old. This is the first time I've had to replace the ink since I bought my printer. NOTHING is printing correctly. I have gone through the cleaning process and the printing is still blotchy. I have printed out about 15 pages where I've had to write in the missing parts. Now I'm getting the "low ink" indicator again! I shook the cartridges before putting them in the carrier, so I know I've done everything right. It will be cheaper just to buy a new printer than to keep buying over-priced ink cartridges.
