This is my second one of these printers. I originally bought my first one for sublimation, and after more than three years of heavy use, it's still going strong. The only issue I've had is that the cassette tray stopped feeding paper, but it's not a major problem since I simply use the rear paper tray instead.
When I decided to expand my small sublimation business, buying another one was an easy decision. This printer produces beautiful, vibrant colors, and while I occasionally experience a paper jam, it has been an excellent and reliable printer overall.
I paid around $750 for my first one over three years ago, so when I saw this one on sale for $450, I couldn't pass it up. The ink lasts an incredibly long time, making it even more cost-effective.
I would absolutely recommend this printer to anyone looking for a dependable printer with excellent print quality.

Upgraded my Epson Printer with the ET-15000 all in one. I like the extra features and more paper size options. It was a bit challenging to get through the setup, but I accomplished that without having to call for support. I like that the size is on the smaller side, especially with handling legal size paper and I can now manually feed 13X”19” paper for creative projects. I had a simple small eco-tank printer and love the savings on ink so also delighted to find this ET-15000 smaller footprint more options printer that fit in the exact same place as my old printer.

We were really impressed with the quality of the prints, the speed, how easy it was to set up, how easy it was to connect it to our network and we love that we no longer have to buy cartridges.  We have not had a printer for a few years and it was the Eco Tank concept that got us back into owning a printer.

Great Printer

Epson EcoTank 15000 Wireless Printer

I really wanted to love this printer because the EcoTank system is a great idea, but my experience has been frustrating. The mobile/Wi-Fi set up took much longer than expected, and the settings are not very intuitive. There are also constant pop-up notifications that make everything feel more complicated than it needs to be. I've spent a lot of time trying different settings, including using the rear paper tray, and I'm still struggling to get consistently sharp, high-quality prints. On the positive side, the ink really does last a long time, which is one of the biggest reasons I bought it. Just be sure to print something regularly to help keep the print heads from clogging if you don't use it often. Once it's working, it does the job, but I expected a much smoother setup and easier-to-use software for a printer at this price.

Good Print Economy, Difficult to Fine-Tune

I had trouble with paper jams almost from Day 1.  The document feeder is too sensitive %26 jams up on paper stock only slightly glossier than what I use daily.   to investment account statements.  Yesterday, I realized that a 1/4" stack of paper had accumulated inside %26 UNDERNEATH the paper tray.  I used countless choice words while struggling to remove that blockage because the paper tray can only be pulled out up to a point, not fully removed.  The tray where copies spit out can't be removed either, so e ven with my small hands, I had trouble reaching inside to clear the blockage.  The owner's manual was no help, %26 I had no patience left to call the company on a Saturday %26 hope for resolution.   Also, I wish the tiltable control panel woul click into the desired position.  I can't even press the on/off button without the panel folding down.  Another annoying issue:  I can print 2-sided docs, but I can't scan them 2-sided.  On the plus side, document clarity was good, including photos.

Can't recommend

epson printer Auto Feeder rolker broke  after 6 months.  still works but have to  put on the glass. issues with wireless internet router connection. says wifi connection strong but won't connect. have to  connect printer to its own connection. i have it set for auto paper tray.  sometimes it chooses the back feeder instead of psper tray. overall not satisfied with this printer.

This is the absolute worst printer I have ever purchased the color of horrible the settings change themselves and you have to try multiple tones to even get it to actually print!
