So far I love this printer! It was easy to set up, refilling the ink is fairly inexpensive and stress-free, and it prints like a charm. Honestly, I might buy another one for sublimation!

Perfect

walmart.com

I purchased this printer to start a stationary shop and I have loved it. I used it a lot. The only thing that I didn't like is it doesn't have a screen so I had to figure out how to do a printhead cleaning. (Hold the stop button for about 5 seconds). Other thank that it is a great printer for high production printing

so far no complaints. have printed quite a few full color and text documents and used very little ink

Overall I'm happy with this printer. it came with all the colors for the ink tray and it beats buying fragile ink cartridges.

I don't have home Internet, I normally use my phones hotspot. so it took me a elsecond to get the printer connected just because the printer doesn't come with the password and it's also not on the back. using the Epson app I am able to find the printer and connect to the printers Wi-Fi and use my own printing service on my phone to send a signal wirelessly to print. I'm glad I didn't need to get home internet just to print for. my phone wirelessly. was able to set it up direct to my phone and no Internet connection.

If the paper is loaded with being perfectly straight it will print slightly oblique, but in the printers defense, it's not overly sensitive with the paper jamming, it will literaly just send a offset page right through. ( I found this out my first printing session since the printer allows for larger scale paper and I place the paper to the far right instead of far left, it even managed to print lol.

ink tray money saver

I have been printing 8x10 photos. I am amazed at the ink use. The large tanks sure hold much ink. A cartrage printer would of gone through 3 color ones by now at 40 bucks each. This is the way to go. Set up simple for this basic unit, I used USB port. Did not come with cable. Software has to be downloaded.

I was familiar with the Epson eco tank printers because I used one frequently. They are very nice in general. I've been thinking of getting one for some time, so it wasn't exactly an impulse buy. However, my mistake was not reading the box more carefully. The ET-1913 is a printer only. It does not have a glass plate for copying or scanning. If you want to scan and print, you have to use your phone or other device to scan and then send to the printer.

The second thing was setup. For some reason I could not set up with wifi directly. It didn't like my wifi. So I had to go to a store and buy a printer cord for $8. I was finally able to connect and use my three devices with the printer but it took a couple of hours. The printer cord requires the box shaped end and the other end is a usb end. I have a small device that takes usb with a c connecter so that I can connect to iphone and my apple computer. If you have Apple devices, you might want to buy a cord with the printer connecter and a C-end.

Once I got my printer set up with my windows computer and 2 Apple devices, I could make print jobs with wifi, so I finally got it working properly.

The price is pretty good for an ecotank printer and I know in the long run it will save me money. I am disappointed it doesn't copy. I printed some pages out and they look good and it worked quickly. So, I am going to keep it although I was highly tempted to return it when I was having connection issues. If you are interested in buying one, also note that the paper holder extends out at an angle past the printer which is a consideration for where it will live.

Great printer w/ caveats

The ink filled easily and without mess. Trying to download the phone app to control the printer is asinine. If you can't use all the features independently, don't sell the product. This was my fault for not checking into it better. There is no control panel other than your phone. I had to search the web for a driver. I downloaded off of the Epson site. When I try to print, I get my first page, then non stop computer code being printed. It doesn't stop until I turn off the printer. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times from multiple sources and it functions the same. I work with computers, PLCs, motion control drivers, and robots on a daily basis, so I'm technologically illiterate.

it is a basic junkyard printer. quality of prints not as great as other manufacturers. connection to WiFi is dumb and confusing. sometimes it connects and sometimes it doesn't even only 3 feet away from router. I just don't believe it is 3 years of ink or even the stated 6500 sheets black or 3000 color. ink will most likely dry out before then and cause heads to clog. Epson is really going down hill on workmanship and quality. not worth the price, feels more like a $50 printer

ignorant printer

It's a phone app to use I would not recommend for those like me who like a computer to see things clearly. First of all these epsons no matter how much you care for them and maintain just send a warning to you their life is at max and done! I am going back to strictly hp

This printer is the most difficult I ever found in my life. It was impossible to connected to Wi-Fi. It doesn't have any screen or a control, remote or anything how you can manage the settings. It doesn't connect to the phone so I couldn't manage it from the Epson app it was a nightmare. I bought this because I really needed it for some work and I had to go to a store and printed because it was impossible to use this printer.
