The installation was one of the easiest things I've ever done on a computer. A simple step by step setup pamphlet comes with the printer.  Tells you how to fill the ink; do's and dont's. Didn't spill a drop. Tells you not to hook up to the computer yet, because windows will try to install it's own drivers. It basically guides you through all the preparation, including downloading the drivers, before hooking it up to the computer. They let you know exactly when to hook it up. When it's all done, a window comes up to register it. 
I've printed over a hundred sheets of paper and some card stock on it so far.
Most of it is in draft mode, which looks very good. Printed some in quality mode, which came out crisp, clean and great looking. Did a greeting card on card stock with lots of photos. Came out looking great. Everything so far printed fast, without any paper jams. The printer also starts the printing process quickly. My old printer clunks and clanks for an eternity, before deciding to do something, hopefully without a paper jam.
It's barely used any ink during this process. Have had no smears, extraneous ink marks or other issues associated with my previous cartridge based printers. Very happy with this purchase for now. 
I never knew I need 2 sided printing until I bought this printer. It cuts my paper usage in half and makes it more convenient to use a 10 page printout over a 20 page printout. I've already printed out a few multi-page documents without any problems. 
I hooked up with USB, so I have now idea how the wireless functions work, but it easily and quickly transfers items for my computer to print out.

Amazing printer easy setup

It had become hard to find ink cartridges for my older HP Envy. So I decided I wanted a tank printer and be done with cartridges. The ET-3710 was sold out everywhere except the Epson web site. So I bought it and it was delivered right on time. Setup was practically automatic and easy. I registered it for the two year warranty. The printer is faster than my old Envy and has worked flawlessly. I am looking forward to the ink cost savings.

Fits well in a small space

With the new white design it looks pretty slick easy to set up I had an Eco tank before the very first one that came out this time to replace if you're looking for a great printer always buy an equal to Eco tank best print the made I don't know why other printing manufacturers didn't do the same just love it great product easy to use easy setup and great support from Epson I highly recommend it

One of the best printers I ever owned

This is a nice little printer for the price.  The printer took a little longer to setup than a regular printer due to the need to fill all the tanks and calibrate.  I was concerned filling the tanks might be messy, but it wasn't any messier than installing an ink cartridge.  I really like how small the printer is. I was expecting a giant printer, but this one is fairly compact.  Regular printing photo printing, and scanning all work well.  The software worked the first time which was surprising as Epson is not known for their software.  Their software found the printer right off the bat, and connected it to our wifi without me having to enter any information.  Lets see HP do that! The scanning software is a little primitive, but it works.  It just opens a file browser to the scanned file rather than opening the file itself, but I have seen worse.  It is really nice to be able to print a long document without having to think about how much it will cost.  
The Good:
   * Low cost of printing
   * Compact size
   * Ease of network install
   * Ink levels easily visible in the front
   * Easy-to-fill paper cartridge
   * Holds more paper than most printers
The Bad:
   * No feeder for the scanner
   * Took a long time to setup (Filling cartridges, calibration)
   * Front screen is not a touch screen.  Use the buttons to the right.

A great little printer for the price

My first impressions are this printer while somewhat expensive seems to function quite well and ink will not be an issue for quite some time. It appears to be well built and only time will tell about it's long term performance. Ethernet port and front bottom loading (as opposed to rear loading top-paper jams) is worth the additional price in my opinion.

I like the 3 thousand series over the 2  series.

Easy to install and use from laptop, Android tablet and iPhone.  Had it working from all 3 in under an hour.

I even found the setting to supposedly quiet it but it did not seem to help. I still have not been able to get my laptop to recognize the scanner even though it prints fine.

a bit noisy when printing

We have only had this printer for a short time but, so far so good.  This was purchased to use for a business who prints 10-30 sheets of paper a day; mostly black and white but some color as well.  We were going through a lot of ink with our previous EPSON so we went with the EcoTank to see if it would save us money in the long run.  The verdict is still out on that.

One thing I do not like is the noise level.  It makes a lot of sound when it is preparing to print and when it is actually printing as well.  This is not terrible or something we can't deal with, but as we are a fine art gallery and this printer is at the "Cash Wrap" area we do wish it made less noise.

Good Print Quality

Although this is supposed to support Iprint and other mobile devices, we have problems with those.  If the printer is turned off, then back on, Iprint will work.  Printing with Mopria from my Kindle is hit or miss.  Sometimes it works,  mostly it doesn't.  We had to use a printer cable to hook up the desktop.  Admittedly, it is a very old desktop, still running Vista, so that could be the problem, there.  Hopefully a new desktop will hook up wirelessly.  Not completely turned off the printer,   just wish the moblie capability worked advertised.

Fast, quality printing, but...

This is the loudest printer I have ever heard.  It is also incredibly slow.  The printer quality is mediocre to poor, with lines periodically missing.  I do like that it will print double sided, but beyond that it's a total disappointment.
