I am very well pleased with this Epson. I had a 3 tier HP from 2000. Big bulky, heavy and not laser. This little Epson while being a bit shy on creature comforts does well when it comes to performance. Fast, quiet and accurate. I have had this unit now for a little over 2-3 weeks. I'm still operating with the demo cartidges that came with the packaging! I bought the two cartridge units, they were $100.00 the Epson retailed at $59.00??? Figure that one.  Yes of course, all in the marketing. Now I will say the HP I had was certainly bilt to last, 26 years of heavy operations proves that. The Epson did scare me a bit, it is 100% plastic, stands about 61'2 inches from the desktop, 12" deep and 15" or so inches wide. Will it last 26 years? I'll get back to you!

Great Surprise

Excellent print quality. Smooth connection via WiFi. The app is very easy to use. Has been working great so far. It’s very convenient to print right from my phone from anywhere. Wish the cartridge had a little more capacity but for occasional home use it’s great overall.

Great home printer

It do not print like it supposed to. Even when the colors are put in it, it doesn't work most of the time. I had brought more for it to print work only a little while again.  It says something about the maintenance errors. Keep in mind this happened also with the first one I had brought.

Bad brought printer for the second time.

It would never print.  I followed all directions. It said not enough ink to initialize. I even went to google and tried to reinstall the ink cartridges but couldn't get printer to reinstall them.

after 2 months it stoped working ink ran out I got new one put it and it stoped printing properly it's all faded no matter what Indo it won't work properly

Lasted 3 months with very little use, became non functional when used replacement ink sold and purchased the same day as printer. Waste of money. Epson designs their printers to be used exclusively with genuine Epson cartridges. Using non-genuine ink can void your limited hardware warranty and cause compatibility errors

Waste of money

it will work for  not that many pages before it runs out of ink.  They shot shot you on the OEM cartridges that come with it.  Then the  firmware will make it  so the printer wont work unless you buy their overpriced half filled ink cartridges.  it'll be cheaper to just buy the brother and save $$$ on INK.

cheap but dont buy thins  junk!

the printer worked well until the ink ran out. when I replaced the ink with original ìnk the print shjtdown due to the printer couldn't eead the cartridges . i tried two diffent sets of ink and printer couldn't  recognize them. called for factory support and  they could not tell me what was wrong  and they said they couldn't do warranty work because ink is not covered. will not ever buy their product again.

I printed 2 pages of photos in color and the pink magenta ink ran out on the first day of use! The image wasn't even large nor had much pink/red pigments in the photo.
