Wow,  this printer is excellent, so easy to set up and the quality of the prints and copies are excellent.

Very good all-in-one: print, copy, scan and fax (yes, I still receive and sometimes send a fax). Pretty fast. An XL black ink cartridge is available and can also be purchased with all 3 color cartridges (which seems to be a pretty good ratio for me). Versatile and easy to use scan function. The only negatives are a small LCD touch screen (if you have fat fingers, like me) and I occasionally print an envelope which requires removing the paper from the paper tray, re-sizing the paper guide brackets and telling the printer what size paper is in the tray (then reversing the procedure when done). A separate feeder would be nice.

I have had this printer for about 3 weeks and am still getting acquainted with all it's
features, but what I have used, I am pleased with functions.

Efficient

I've always had excellent luck with Epson printers. This one is no exception  - another great product.  However, the instructions for setting up the printer were poor, and you have to download two different softwares on each device you want to print from - not sure why Epson couldn't combine those into one download  - and again,  instructions were poor from Epson. But I got it working and can even send items to print from some distance away from the printer. Good quality printing as well (as I have come to expect from Epson). Price for product was very reasonable.

Great product

I bought this about a month ago. I really like the printer, except, when I try to print half the time the paper jams. The price for the printer to jam paper like that is really high. I could have bought a cheap one and had no issues with paper. Anyway, it was very easy to set up and have had no issues so far. I would like to know how to set up Instant Ink.

I had a great Epson Workforce but it was 10-12 years old and the roller was drying out so I had to adjust it if I did not print every day.  So, I got this new one.  It is pretty flimsy but seemed to print ok.  However, now I still have to adjust the print heads, etc.  Not the quality that I was expecting of this company.

Quality not as good at my old Workforce

Needed an inexpensive office multi that functioned on XP (I know, don't laff, but I make way more$ than you) and Epson proscribed this one.  Honestly, it feels a bit flimsy and somewhat disposable. I am a professional photog and have easily burned thru a dozen plus medium to high end Epson units because they generally are the best for print resolution, their inks are archival, they render well with options and color profiling, they set up quick, the WiFi is pretty good. This  WF 3720 was a stop gap that exhibited a couple of those good qualities. It set up pretty fast, but the paper handling was mediocre, the options were limited, the printing was crisp, it is very noisy but hip shooting fast, the scanner and ADF were cranky, and my assistant thinks it smells funny (but she's cranky.) Did I mention it was inexpensive and Epson shipped it for free. I hope to get about a half year out of it...

It's ok...

The printer started out working well. However, 5 months later it developed printing problems; there were light areas and blanks within the documents. It was still under warranty and I contacted Epson several times. The first couple times I got the standard robo-emails suggesting I follow some trouble-shooting steps. I did the steps. It didn't work. I then contacted the company and started to go through the misery of talking with an operator who wanted me to go through the same steps, etc... I felt my time was too valuable to deal with all that. I'm getting a new printer - Not an Epson.

Don't Trust Warranty Unless You Have A Lot Of Time

printer is a down grade from the previous epson i had. only one paper tray, no back feed, ink was old had to replace it right away. disapointed.
