I have no problem with this ink because I buy it all the time when I run out. The one time I thought I had a problem with the ink wasn't the ink at all. It was my printer needing the printer head clean. Once I ran my printer through a few cycles to clean the head/nozzles the ink printed like it should. It is good ink.

Reliable and long lasting. I use only the brand recommended for my printer. I never use off-market brands. Unfortunately, it is expensive.Buying the XL size helps w longevity, but not my purse  Thst is my only criticism

I had giv this product a 5 but I finally installed and the ink is not working at all.

printed 10 pages and had to pull the cartridge out and literally shake it and it's still printing terrible
