Description Accuracy

Ease Of Installation

Advertising Accuracy

Advertised features do not match actual product contents.

Offers vibrant colors, but may lack specific shades.

Description does not accurately represent product features and colors.

Offers competitive pricing, but can be limited in quantity.

The product is not advertised correctly. It's very misleading because it says that it has black and color in the packaging but that's a lie. I purchased it because it supposedly had black and color combo. When I received it I noticed it was not labeled correctly. I am also going to return this product because it isn't what I thought or read it to be.

Misleading Ink Combo Packaging

walmart.com

Very misleading! Show and says that black and noted three colors but there is only the 3 colors no black
.

Misleading description

There really is no reason that Ink should be as expensive as it is. If you buy an EPSON printer, they force you to buy their ink. The other cartridges that will fit in, will not be accepted by the printer. It's a scam to get you have to have to pay their ridiculous ink fees.

It's Ink not Gold!

Ink is too expensive for printers. We're sorry we purchased this one! And, no, you have to use their ink or the machine won't work. We're going back to HP.

Epson is now littering Earth by requiring its printers to use expensive, Epson-only print cartridges, not remanufactured ones. I had to throw away perfectly good remanufactured ink because of an Epson upgrade to my printer. "Whatever happened to "Saving the planet"? This is beyond greedy.

Very deceptive description of this item. It states black and color cartridges. There is not a black cartridge in this box. Only 3 color cartridges. Did not look past the description before ordering.

This item is misleading. Ok, box is showing only colors, but it's saying “Black %26 color cartridge. If it's not including black, they need to remove writing of BLACK.

Misleading

Good ink but cost for this ink is I guess around average but is a little expensive but I would recommend it in Walmart is the cheapest to buy it from

Epson ink cartridge

I would give 0 stars if I could. It clearly states on the top BACK AND COLOR CARTRIDGE COMBO"
There is NO BLACK , just the 3 colored cartridges.

"EPSON 822 DURABrite Ultra Ink Standard Capacity Black %26 Color Cartridge Combo Pack (T822520-S) Works with WorkForce Pro etc. etc. etc.

READ FINE PRINT NOT THE AD ON TOP OF PAGE.

The description is very clear - the product includes a standard capacity black cartridge, which it does not. Only the three color cartridges. False and misleading advertising.

Does not include what it says it includes

Epson T822 Standard Capacity Colour Combo (CMY) Pack cyan, magenta and yellow DURABrite Ultra 822 standard-capacity pigment ink cartridges compatible with WorkForce Pro WF-3820, WF-4820 and WF-4830, formulated for high-speed colour print jobs and office colour documents; often used for brochure and report printing.
