Bottle Design

I used to buy SoftSoap, but since they changed their formula and added that awful scent, I was looking for a similar aloe soap that didn't smell like a Karen that emptied her bottle of cheap perfume on herself. After trying several brands, I found that the Equate one satisfied my needs the most, it's not the same as the old SoftSoap, but it does the job, not too watery, it foams quite well and doesn't smell bad at all.

Great simple hand soap

Good priduct just wish it came in a larger refill bottle

Our go to

Hand soap.

soap

Don't listen to the negative reviews there's nothing wrong with this soap especially for the price point it does have water in it so it's not going to be super thick but it's not super watery/runny either. Some reviewers have stated how perfumey it is which I don't find at all and my sense of smell is very good, the smell does not linger on my hands at all. I have a feeling that these people are probably either using too much soap or not rinsing well enough or both. If you rinse your hands with enough water there shouldn't be a real bad perfumey smell lingering afterwards. If people are that concerned with fragrance then they shouldn't have bought the product LOL the ingredients state fragrance aside from the aloe vera so you know there's going to be other type fragrance. For the price point for this size bottle you can't go wrong. I find it makes my hands soft and it cleans them which is the main purpose of using hand soap.

Not overly perfumey or too watery

This is pretty good hand soap for a great price, not too perfumey or watery/runny. It has less ingredients than the one name brand (SS). It also has no dyes/colours which I actually did find in another cheap aloe vera hand soap. This soap doesn't dry my skin and it makes my hand soft.

Not too perfumey or too watery

[Employee of walmartcanada] Worth for the price

Equate hand wash

For the price point, the soap is decent. It does what it's supposed to do. However, the dispenser on the bottle does not work very well. I have purchased several of them and have experienced the same thing. That would be the only negative.

Good value

It's an average value at best since the bottle is so small. It's nice to have one dollar options though and try more than one variety of their soaps. It's a good chance to replace the tired old pump dispensers around the home with new ones that are a good style.
