I take 1 to 2 of these caffeine pills every morning instead of coffee. I'm allergic to coffee but I need my jolt of caffeine every morning to wake up. It's very convenient. Best on an empty stomach and it'll work within 15-20 minutes.
 The price is good what you get. Would recommend it.
