Enabling operators to quickly power it off when it's not in use, it痴 equipped with an on/off switch, and its control panel is recessed to prevent accidental adjustments. This unit has a maximum cooking temperature of 570 degrees Fahrenheit. To streamline cleanup in high-volume settings, the Equipex PSE-600 electric griddle is furnished with a removable grease drawer as well as back and sides splashes that contain grease splatter. It features two cooking zones, each of which is thermostatically controlled to facilitate precise adjustments.
