This unit has a maximum cooking temperature of 570 degrees Fahrenheit. To streamline cleanup in high-volume settings, the Equipex PSE-600 electric griddle is furnished with a removable grease drawer as well as back and sides splashes that contain grease splatter. It features two cooking zones, each of which is thermostatically controlled to facilitate precise adjustments.
