For simplified operation, this unit has an on/off switch and indicator lights that enable users to determine the pilot and temperature status of each burner at a glance. For lasting durability in fast-paced kitchens, the Equipex PSI-600 griddle is constructed of sturdy stainless steel. It's designed with integral stainless steel back and side splashes to catch popping oil and grease, and for streamlined cleaning it's equipped with a removable grease drawer.
