This worked when nothing else did. My mare had a serious fungal infection throughout her girth area and beyond.  It was so bad,  there were places where she had no skin. It was hard for her to walk even without a saddle.  I tried all my old, reliable products like Coat Defense and Orvus Shampoo which normally do the job. It took several weeks to clear it up, but I finally got rid of it with this shampoo. The hardest part for me was remembering to shake it up.
