I had the original ergo with my now two year old and loved it. Of course, when the 360 came out, I couldn't wait to buy it because my first child loved facing out and that wasn't an option with my previous ergo carrier.
This new 360 is so comfortable for the adult and the baby. It's easy to put on, clean, and take off.

I had an original ergo 360, which was wonderful- it was getting old (still was doing its job after about 6+years) but I wanted something newer. Our youngest is four months and is always so hot. The new Cool Air is perfect! Keeps him nice and cool and fits perfectly (at four months) rear facing. We are going to be so excited when he can forward face because he's so interested in the things around him. Overall, we love it! Perfect design.

The only downfall is that the mesh rubs against his face rear facing, but he doesn't seem to mind it- just me.

Wonderful

I coudldn't wait to get my Ergo 360 cool air and it has totally lived up to the hype! We have an infant and the process for loading him in is VERY easy and he seems so comfortable. The video instructions are extremely helpful and made it very simple to learn how to strap him in safely. I can do it easily by myself even when he's a bit cranky. And the feeling of having the baby so close is really incredible. Kissing the top of his little head is priceless!

Lightweight, stays cool, LOVE having baby so close

I'm so happy we bought this. I originally bought the performance ergo for my baby and used it almost every day. Then, when he started getting a little older (4-5 months) he was more and more curious so we got a used baby bjorn so he could look out. Then, when I saw that they made the 360 cool-air, I sold the other two and bought the 360, I was worried it wasn't going to be worth the high price but since we can face forward and carry him on my front or back, we use this everyday. I wish I had purchased this from day 1. Both me and my husband love how comfortable it is, the snap closure, the look and feel of it, also how useful it is for our daily dog walks and how easy it makes traveling with a baby.

Love it, Love it

We got an ergo performance, (I think it was called) back when our daughter was born, over five years ago. We got it because we wanted to use it for hiking. It was so perfect, we used it for two more kids and not just for hiking! It became daddy's main carrier. It was so well loved that we needed to replace it. Enter the icy mint cool mesh 360. I am not sure I have words. I am super impressed with the fact that it still holds baby properly while facing out in the front. We have chosen ergo because spine and hip position is super important...this doesn't disappoint! Still feels amazing on myself and the hubs as well!!! (He's 6'1" with a 34" waist and I'm 5'5" size 4 waist) The waist belt specifically is amazing if you have suffered diastasis recti or had a csection. We also appreciate that it truly is cooler than our other carriers...we live in Texas!!! I have already recommended this carrier to some first time parent friends of mine.

It's our second one!

I have an old ergobaby organic and now we have the cool air as well. I love them both. On the cool air, I'm loving the extra back support ergobaby added with the pad. I like the double clasp for the waist, it seems to fit better. I love the breathable mesh for our baby who seems to get hot easily. The should straps seem more comfortable than our old one. I like the way the hood zips into the pocket. One thing I miss on the cool air is the super soft fabric. The mesh isn't scratchy, but it's definitely not soft like our organic one. That's really my only complaint. Love it overall! Our baby stays cooler and seems to enjoy it!

Great carrier!

I bought this about a month ago and at first I wasn't sure I'd made the right decision. I've never owned a carrier like this before and I felt like the learning curve was pretty steep. I went to my local babywearing group and they helped me get the right fit and now I looove it! My boy is 3 months and 17lbs. We currently just use the pillow from the infant insert but not the whole insert.

Pros: It really does allow for heat to escape. My little boy had a fever for three days recently and wanted to be held all the time. When I put him in this I could literally feel the heat escaping from the back panel. I don't think I could have worn him for such a long period of time in any other carrier. We are going to the Caribbean this week and I cannot wait to use it in the heat there.

My only cons are that I feel like the straps rub under my arms, although I am pretty sensitive there, & I wish there was a pocket to store keys/phone or something small.

Pretty awesome

I like this carrier (but don't love it) and have used it in two positions so far - front position facing inward and front position facing outward. My 7 month old seems comfortable in it, she easily falls asleep in it, and now she gets excited when she sees me get it out. I think the mesh will be much improved from other carriers regarding air flow and heat retention. It is very easy to put on and take off and move baby in and out of it. The construction seems durable and great quality. The weight distribution is pretty good. But the shoulder straps are too big for my frame. I am 5'5" and 142 lbs, a smaller frame, but not tiny by any means. My 7 month old is apx 17 lbs. This carrier is really designed for a larger frame than I, with broader shoulders, and I think I would benefit from a different one that is better suited to my size. Because the shoulder straps do not fit quite right, there is more strain on my back than there ought to be. For the straps to lie flat against my body, they have to be wide-set on the outside of my shoulders, which causes excess strain. To have them pulled tighter toward the middle of my back, they don't lie flat against my body, only the inside edge touches my body, and then the straps stick out away from my body (and therefore are not distributing weight as designed). Also the straps in the front extending from the main part of the carrier up to my shoulder, hit/rub against my daughter in the forehead/side of the face when she facing inward (towards me). I am not sure how to improve this while still keeping her appropriately tight against my body. This carrier does make my life much easier with a 7 month old and 2.5 year old. I can get more done, and more comfortably than with other options. It is great for walks, etc as well. However, when shopping for quality carriers and comparing to other pricey options, I don't think that this fit is the best one for me.

good but big for my small-average frame

After having the original Ergo for a few weeks, I realized my baby needed the option to look out. She may only be four months old but I can tell she'd benefit from the option down the line. I didn't like the velcro on the other 360, and I liked the idea of the mesh keeping her cooler do I got this one instead. It has been great. Super comfortable, easy to adjust between parents, and although my baby is too small for many of the features (that's the only reason I gave four stars) I love it. The only thing I would change is the pocket! Bring it back! Even a mesh pocket would be great for keys and a small wallet.

Upgraded!

Got this carrier because it was supposed to be cooler than the other ones. I returned it because of several reasons: the fabric is actually very rough on my new baby's skin,
the shoulder straps are super bulky and it looked terrible on me a women, 5'8" 125 lbs, and it caused shoulder pain!! I really hated this carrier even though I wanted to love it.
