[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product quality was much better than expected for the price. Very satisfied with everything.

It's an inexpensive cue and that's what I got.
It is Not warp resistant.
The shaft, I received, had a noticeable twist.  It wasn't the classic mild bend, (to give you an over exaggerated idea) it looked more like a piece of twizzler candy.
This means that there was no product quality control.

Damage;
On the shaft, was a dent.  Approximately 1/4" long and 1/16" deep.
In the grip area, there was a scrape approx. 5" long and all the way through the veltex wrap to the surface beneath.
I believe the damage was due to the complete lack of proper handling by warehouse personnel stocking the cue.

The cue arrived sleeved in plastic, as most all two-piece cues are shipped.  The box was almost double the length of the sleeved cue. 
There was no padding/paper to keep the shaft from moving around.
Be mindful that the shipping box was not damaged. Since the two pieces were sleeved, the type of damages (dent and scrape) could Not have been caused by the courier (FedEx).

Due to the cue's cost, it's not worth returning for an exchange.

Perfect for storing in your trunk.
