I love this nail polish, it has a nice color and is long lasting, however it can be streaky if you apply thin coats. It's easy to be precise with the thin brush. It has helped my nails a ton to use a strengthener as a base coat. My nails last well over a week (and that's for someone who is constantly doing dishes and keeping the house clean). Highly recommend!!

I've done my own nails for decades as I'm too cheap to pay someone else. I've usually bought inexpensive polish,  but decided to treat myself.  What a difference! Great rounded brush made for easy application. Not too thin or thick. Color matched the picture.
  Worth every penny,  and will buy again.

I used to pay for a gel manicure every two weeks until I discovered Essie gel polish.  I love it and have used it for years! Excellent product and worth every penny!

This nail polish is absolutely amazing. The color is bright, elegant, and incredibly flattering. I'm a Soft Autumn color type, with pale hands, and I'm 49 years old — finding a red that doesn't look harsh or disappointing has always been a challenge.

Rock the Runway is the first shade that truly works for me. It looks classy, fresh, and enhances my hands instead of overpowering them. I'm so happy I finally found a red polish that I genuinely love. Highly recommend!

Perfect Red — Finally Found My Shade

I love Essie's Gel Couture! Periodically  I go to a nail salon for professional manicure if I have an event to go  and also need a pedicure but I always come back to Essie. The manicure doesn't last quite as long as a salon, but it's much more convenient and far less expensive. It's easy to find a shade for whatever season, event or mood!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The gossamer garment shade looks pretty pink in photo but it's actually very light and nude in reality. It adds a beautiful base layer to my nails and the color is easy to layer on. It's basic, subtle and pretty transparent. I like it as a first layer, it's prettier than pictured. Can't comment too much about comfort or size, it's standard for a nail product. The brush size is about right, two to strokes and it covers my entire nailbed. I'm using base coat and top coat to make it last longer, I'm hopeful for the durability. Overall a pretty good product.

it's expensive, but its pretty. the pictures shown make it hard to tell, even in the bottle in person it's a little difficult given the bottle's design- but it's definitely blue. Not as dark as the pictures make it out to be. Perhaps with a 3rd coat it would be darker, but it rubs off like an eraser (literally left a streak across a paper at work %26 left an angled indent in the tip of my fingernail. I'd used a top coat %26 base coat from Essie %26 let everything dry completely between coats. All Essie's polishes do this for me, but they've got the best colors! This one included.

I purchased this shade because my favorite color is pink but even with three coats of color it still didn't look like the color within the bottle and because of the gold shimmer it has a tendency to look coppery or even orange I'm taking it back for different color :/
