In the short time I've used this my nails are stronger. But it will take a little time for my nail split to grow out. I've used “Hard as Hoof” 2 yrs, it does make nails stronger but hasn't stopped the split. I've tried glue, patches. Now it's cut down very short. 
It's a pretty transparent pink. on natural nails. 
If possible I'll update this review later.

Problem: Splitting nail

I normally don't leave reviews, but I had to write one for this nail strengthener. For context, I have been a chronic nail biter my entire life, and this year I finally decided to change that. I bought this product a few months ago, but was not constant in using it. However, I decided to try it again and this time made sure to follow a consistent pattern: two coats every three days (+ cuticle butter every night). And after almost two weeks, I was shocked to see that it did make my nails look healthier. The first picture was taken April 2nd and the second was April 14th, same camera in the same lighting (although idk if the camera readjusts to your surroundings, I do think my fingers look a little pinker) but still, I could notice how much smoother my nails looked. I only painted my nails once in between this time which lasted 5 days, but every other day was just my bare nails + the strengthener. So I would say that if your nails are in rough shape, this definitely helps in restoring them! (also the slight stain on my nails was from nail polish, not the strengthener)

Amazing results if you're a chronic nail biter

I just applied this yesterday, and so far it's holding up good through hand washes and regular wear and tear.   The instructions say to leave it on 3 days, but after the 3 days what is the best thing to remove it with?  Will it be okay to use regular nail polish remover?

What to use to remove

First time trying the drops - huge fan, highly recommend! For me to leave a review, that means the product genuinely blew me away.

I usually use the essence nail spray and wanted to try these drops as I couldn't understand how this could possibly work and while I love the essence spray, I think I might love this even more...

I should say I get my nails done every 3 weeks so I'm not using this for your usual at-home manicures, but I might add on a little decoration at home which I then seal with a top coat & also apply the top coat to the rest of my nails, or I might do another top coat if I feel like I need more shine. All this to say, I am starting with very dry nails.

I have also used these drops on my toes, which I do myself - from scratch - and it worked just as well. But toenails are easier to leave to dry because we're not using them to do anything after they're painted so they can be left alone.

I don't recommend the application method on the box/bottle - do not apply after every layer. Apply your base coat, nail polish coats, top coat and leave them for about a minute to 'dry' in between layers and then apply this at the end. I applied as a cuticle oil and positioned my nails so gravity can pull the oil down onto my nails, and also applied it as a cuticle oil and a few drops on one of my nails to see if it made a difference - made no difference, both methods still dried my nails so quickly!

I checked ~1-5 mins after application as I was nervous but had to see if it worked and my nails were DRY. Not tacky whatsoever, completely smooth.

I also love the shine it gives my nails after application, makes me feel salon-fresh!

Makes my nails very hard and has beautiful Manacure Natural Gloss. It does chip after a few days and isn't noticeable but bothers me! If you try to “touch up” base color will also darken and gets very pink. Worth it to take off and reapply.

Works Well to Strengthen Nails

very nice. but to really get the sheer pink tint , i advise three coats. Two is nice as well, but my preference is three.

Hard to remove and once removed, nail surface is just the same as before treatment.
So it seems to gloss the nail, covering it with high shine like a nail polish, but doesn't treat, it just masks.

i like the slight pink hue but it started chipping on day 3. i don't usually peel off polish but this was just lifting so easily I just kept going.

Overall a fine product, my nails were pretty damaged so I wasn't expecting this to magically fix them, but it did help cover my peeling nail tips. Nothing to write home about. The only unfortunate thing was that after maybe a year it turned orange, hence turning my nails orange when I used it. Don't know if it was just too old or what, but it's just something to note. Wouldn't buy it again but wouldn't advise people against it.

Overall fine, turned orange

I was in love with this the first time I tried it a few weeks ago. It felt like it really hardened and protected my nails and I managed to get them to a longer length than u usually do without any breaks or tears. It would only last a few days, but I'd clean my nails and reapply. But now, my nails are peeling! I have never had this issue in my life before, and nothing else in my routine has changed. I'm going polish free and taking extra care of them for the next wee while. So disappointing for a product that showed such promise but clearly has something wrong with its formula.
