You can now make your own home made Greek yogurt or cream cheese. This thing is amazing, compact but deep and the mesh is gone to gold tge cheese and yogurt but strain out the whey. Hand wash and it's wonderful. My kids didnt believe I made the Greek yogurt myself and the cream cheese was so creamy I only needed olive oil and some salt and was spreadable and delicious. But it it's a great price too

This is so much easier, and less messy than cheesecloth to make my Yogurt.  It comes with a lid that protects it from getting  impurities in it while it thickens.  Also protects from my curious kitties.  The ease of cleaning it  is great as well.

Excellent product.

This is an absolutely great must-have if you are making homemade yogurt. You plop you fresh-made yogurt into it, and put it in the fridge. The whey will drain out, and you will have a thick and creamy yogurt. The yogurt has the design of the strainer on top. It falls right out onto the base of the strainer. Just like a bunt cake type of thing.. It strained about two cups of whey out of my yogurt.  Makes it all the more fun and appetizing as you can even cut yourself, or company, a nice creamy "slice" of yogurt that you can top with fresh fruit, coconut or whatever each person likes.  Perfect

love love love this product! would recommend...if you do homeade anything that you might want to drip with a fine mesh, this will help. I have only used it for my yogurt, but I am sure it will be a nice addition to any kitcken.

The built-in strainer is a great feature for achieving perfect consistency. Cleanup is straightforward, though the strainer can take a bit more time to rinse properly. This works great with my heirloom viili yogurt.  I let my ferment go until it separates.  There is some solids that get through because the mesh does allow for some larger particles to get through more than a coffee filter.  But the ability to strain up to 8 cups instead of a half cup at a time is well worth the difference (larger batches of frozen yogurt, yea!).  I plan use the whey to make cheese or filter again to make other ferments.  I am happy I got this strainer.  Thank you for a great product.
