Exactly as described, very  happy with it! Easy assembly (a single screw doesn't go in all the way on one leg, but it's still completely secure). Cushions are firm, but comfortable. I have not had any problems with the back cushion, not sure what that's all about. As with any couch or chair, you'll probably want to add a couple throw pillows but you can't beat it for the price. Easily supports my 180 lb frame and 2 cats.

The color was exactly as pictured. Great, inventive packaging, relatively easy to assemble, had a little trouble with the backrest screws fitting properly, but it all worked out. The side pockets are a nice touch. I love the multiple positions you can move the armrest. Very thrilled with the great price and overall purchase.

Great buy! Perfect size and very versatile

Great great great! We bought this as a bed for our toddler who constantly sleeps in our room. It's been great having his own space and it folds up and can be functional as well. He loves it! We love it!

Great futon

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect size for my daughters studio apartment.  And it also cab be used as a 2nd sleeping area for a guest

This little futon exceeded my expectations! The color was as advertised, it's comfy, and the back rest stays put. Overall an excellent couch for the price!

Exceeded expectations!

Fast delivery and the couch was very easy to put together and stylish. I gave it 4 stars because I wish the back cushion can stay in place and I wish it was a bit longer. The entire couch is not as fluffy as it looks in the picture but still comfortable to sit on with my decorative pillows.

Good but the cushions...

The pillow for the back rest is our only complaint. I think the frame for it and the pillow itself could be better. 
If the pillow was a bit more firm the frame wouldn't be an issue.

I love the design of this. And it's executed well, except for the most important thing. Seating comfort. The base cushion is hard as a rock. I tried getting a cushion made for a patio loveseat to make it bearable, but it's an odd size and I couldn't find anything that fit correctly. I'm looking at having a pad custom-made for it which is going to cost a ton of money on top of what I paid for the loveseat. I might consider returning it, but the box was all torn up when I got it and I just can't imagine how I would be able to get it back to Walmart.

Looks good, but hard as a rock.

The package was glued to a piece of sofa fabric, which made it very hard to unpackaged the item. In addition, several assembly holes are not set right, the screws at best cannot go all the way through. This happened in a few holes of the four legs. Huge quality issue. It's very concerning the stability of this sofa.

Nice style, bad quality

and that flaw being the colors listed.. i read the reviews about dark gray being brown and it steered me away from ordering that color.. i went with the safer bet of LIGHT GRAY.. which had a creamy very light tone.. great! ordered and wasn't prime so in the meantime bought the accessories as i'm converting a small bedroom into a chill/guest room.. when the "light gray" couch arrived it was a really easy assembly, for a SAGE couch.. Light gray?!?! HOW?!?! with the Picture shown? How?!!? How can you possible get away with calling this thing light gray, showing a pic of it being almost white and produce a product that is an offshoot of green.. I'll give you a green gray AT BEST and thats being very nice with stretching the facts.. i get that there is a color variant to each monitor.. and trust, i checked this thing on work laptop, phone, home laptop as i kept going back and fourth over what to order. they all looked really light in color.. I had them check to make sure i was delivered the correct item.. they did.. only its just not right.. at all.. 
it fits the size room perfectly and will be a good occasional chill spot, but i wouldnt want to sit on it everyday.. and yes.. like others, i def see that at some point i'm going to have to replace the back cushion.. 
Only reason it was kept and not returned was because the gf thought the color was "ok" and didn't want the hassle of the return.. if it was mine, i'd have sent it back for the color alone.
