Evapo Rust is a great way to remove rust from metal parts. It looks like water but when tou place rusted metal parts in it and leave in for a few hours depending on size, it will remove most if nit all of the rust.

You can also teuse it by pouring it  nack into the container eith a funnel through a towell as a filter.

The smell is not too strong either. It sure beats sanding, ir irher chemucaks ive tried.

AMAZING!!

I used Evaporust to remove years of rust off some metal frame chairs. I put the Evaporust in a storage container and soaked the chairs overnight. It was so easy and did a great job, much faster than sanding.

best rust remover on the market

Restoring antique motorcyvles i have saved 2 gas tanks so far saving me about 1200. Dollars  it is a pit of a process cleaning out the "varnish" from the old gas before using the evapo-rust but it has worked well.

Worked

Used this to remove rust from Model T parts. Did a great job to get it to bare metal. Yea I had to soak it sometimes for a day or so, but it sure beats sand blasting. If you want something that works immediately, do not buy it. However if you want something that works great with a little bit of time, this is your product. My Model T fenders look brand new!

While not perfect, and not able to get rid of all gunk, it does get rid of most surface rust. It does leave a film, so you have to rinse/wash and then dry (air drying outside is fine) right after you take it out of your container. How long it's effective is really up to how much you make it work, or how rusty your items are. One week of constant use is about it, from what I've found. Oh, and make sure you get rid of the crud every other day on the bottom of your container.  Filter the liquid back into the original pail using a rag of something, then clean out the container with water. Fill it back up with the Evaporust, and you're ready to go again. That helps make is last longer.

Good stuff, works well without too much mess

no good for car parts unless you are working on a model or toy car
