I WAS SKEPTICAL WITH THIS PURCHASE BUT I GAVE IT A TRY. I CAN TELL YOU, SO FAR, AFTER A COUPLE OF DAYS, I AM PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! I HAVE ONE LEG ABOUT 1" LONGER THAN THE OTHER AND IT IS PERMANANT. THIS THROWS EVERYTHING OFF JUST LIKE WEARING ONE OF THOSE TEMPORARY BOOTS DOES. AT THIS TIME I CAN HONESTLY SAY IT FEELS MUCH BETTER AND LESS PRESSURE ON MY KNEES, BACK AND HIPS. IF YOU HAVE A SIMULAR PROBLEM OR YOU'RE WEARING ONE OF THOSE BOOTS, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GIVING THIS EVEN UP SHOE BALANCER A TRY. IT'S SUPER EASY TO PUT ON AND TO ME FEELS VERY SECURE!

Game changer for balance and walking normally while in a boot.  The platform options fit easily and level it perfectly.  I wear a size 9 tennis shoe the Medium Even-up is a perfect fit. 
Walmart was able to deliver it swiftly. Amazon had an unexplained delay and were more expensive.

The Evenup shoe balancer is easy to attach to your shoe and makes walking with an orthopedic boot on the other foot so much easier. No matter what shoes I tried on the non-boot foot, walking was uneven which was making my hip hurt. I think everyone that needs to wear an orthopedic boot should get an Evenup. You will be so glad you did.

No longer feel like a mountain goat!

EVENup Shoe Balancer is an easy-to-use solution to "even-up" leg length.  It allows just enough length to facilitate moving the opposite stroke affected leg.

I wish it were less expensive, or that my insurance covered it, seeing that if I didn't use it, I'd do damage to the the leg that is not injured, However, it has really helped lessen the strain on my uninjured leg that was caused by walking unevenly.

A help to reduce further injury

A physical therapist recommended this to help me get around with my broken left ankle.  With it in a big clunky air cast, and using a cane on my right side, I was waddling like a penguin.  My whole body was effected by this imbalance, but when I put Even Up on my right shoe at the proper height, my body was balanced.  This was a inexpensive and excellent solution.

I'M NOT WADDLING ANYMORE

One day they will make this part of a bundle with every walking boot sold. Particularly if you are in a boot more than a few days. First off, it balances you out to avoid stressing your back and other joints and muscles. Don't overlook the downstream affects this does to your body especially uf you already have a pre-existing condition.  Secondly you will be more stable,  allowing you to be up longer and be more productive and safe. 
The benefits are endless on a personal basis.

The shoe is great. The only thing is make sure you get the right size. I measured my foot like it said, but because my shoe is wide, I had to send the small size back and get a medium.

Therapist recommended and what a great idea! I can't imagine having gotten by without it. I would recommend to anyone needing to even up  their posture due to wearing a cast, or a boot etc.    Certainly help me to get around and heal quicker.

Works great

The item description on-line made no reference to women's or men's sizing differences. I chose the medium (size 9-11) as I wear an 11 shoe size, only to discover upon receipt that that is women's shoe size specific. As I am male, I needed a large (men's 11-13). The proper sizing is noted on the packaging.

Sizing chart on-line is only for women's sizing.
