New battery

This is an update to my 4/3/2023 review. This battery has been in my 07 Colorado for almost 7 years, (June 8, 2018), and still works fine. Last week the temperature was below 0 C. all week and the truck sat in my driveway all week without being started but around 7:30 AM (-6 degrees) it started right up with no problem. If it died tomorrow I would still figure that I certainly got my money's worth. ($131.97 before taxes etc.)

I bought this battery at my local Walmart in Langley, BC in June of 2018 and installed it in my 2007 Chev Colorado. Since then I haven't had any problems at all with starting and running the truck including this past winter when temperatures were -10 to -12 C. for 2 or 3 weeks. Most of my trips are quite short, often less than 5 km but the high output alternator seems to keep the battery fully charged so no issues. I expect to get a few more years out of it and I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

Excellent choice - good battery - reasonable cost

I bought the same battery aprx. 2 yrs ago, worked well no problem and now it won't hold a charge. (I was charging batteries a lot with it hence only getting two years out of it) Second time buying, would buy again for the price, customer service was good, and the fact that when in a financial pinch this is available using Klarna payments. 👍

I just had to replace mine, I bought it less than two years ago so Wal*Mart replaced it, no questions asked, just hope this one lasts a little longer? It's mounted in my fender :(

Unhappy with product but happy with store.

Is it a 3 year or a 5 year battery? One picture shows 3 year, one shows 5 year. My online receipt shows 5 year but the battery has 3 year on it!

WARRANTY MIX UP

Expevt to replace this battery every two to three years.  It cannot be recharged. I'll replace it with a battery bought elsewhere.

Not durable

I bought this Battery in August 2021 and it wont start in cold weather in December 2021, I have had to call a tow truck or had some one jumpstart my car multiple times. I went to the store and they were out of replacements leaving me stuck with a bad battery. I will end up buying a different battery. Do not try to be thrifty on a battery especially if you live in a cold area like Saskatchewan.

Do not buy this Battery if you live in a COLD area

5 replaced in 6 years. this is second one in three months. just quits charging...waste of so much time and getting stranded. now waiting til they "get" another one in stock..and I'm carless til then!
