Offers lower prices than other retailers.

Battery life falls short of expectations, needing frequent recharging.

Even though the old battery was still good and the same as the one I just bought, it was more than five years old and while I live in Florida's harsh environment, batteries usually last about 4 years. I am getting ready for a long road trip and wanted to be safe with a new one. The EverStart brand is top notch!

Long lasting battery

walmart.com

The batteries from Walmart cost a lot less than the ones from my local auto parts store. I bought my last car battery from Walmart and it lasted for about seven years. When it finally needed to be replaced, I went back to Walmart for my next one. I also have an eighty-year-old mother who lives two hours away from me, in Wisconsin, where it gets very cold in the winter. I replaced the battery in her van with one from Walmart, and we have never had any trouble with it. I do have one caution, though: I recommend that you do NOT order the battery through the website and pick it up from the store. Go into the store and buy one off the shelf. When you buy it through the website, they don't split the core deposit into a separate charge on your receipt. Then, when you take the old battery back to them to get the deposit back, they will give you trouble about it. This seems to be a flaw in their system. I wasted a lot of time over it.

I buy all my car batteries from Walmart

Works great have a 2013 pilot and a debt alternator replaced. The alternator popped this beauty in and she's riding like a dream.

Great value for the price

The battery does exactly what it is supposed to do, and has more than enough cranking amps. Easy to install.
The only problem I had was I ordered and paid online. When I went to pick it up they said I can't just come and take it. (I had it in my cart ready to go). But they would only give it to me through the curbside pick up. So, I had to wait 2 hours to get my battery. I do not understand that process at all. Its a waste of time.

Great battery at a good price.

Verdict is still out.
Since I replaced my battery with this one, which is the same type as I had, I have gone out to find my car dead…battery drained!
It still takes a full charge and I did find the clamps to the terminal were not put on tightly, so I'm waiting to see.

Just bought it not sure how long it'll last let see.

Battery is not same as advertised. There is difference in CCA. 700 instead of 750 as advertised. Battery does not mention about CA but pic shows 940.

Someone from walmart or everstart needs to address the issue i see other complaining the same.

Not as Advertised

Don't order online if you want the core charge refund. This was a replacement for my Everstart that went bad after 14 months. I had to find a store with an auto service department to get my refund and core charge back.

Purchase this battery put it on myself the next day I tested voltage it needed recharging. I have it on a trickle charger. I purchased at Walmart. If that doesn't bring up the voltage I will be returning it. Walmart should check the voltage of their batteries before they sell them.

Uncharged battery

Never Start is right
I had this battery in a car I drive once a month and it wouldn't hold a charge and this last time the charge left in 24 hours. I replaced it with an AGM battery from elsewhere and my car fired right up.
Meanwhile my motorcycle sat for 2 months and fired up immediately.

Never start is right

item is good but they did not refund my core charge when i returned the battery
