I love it. I used sand.  I think its perfect.  I just put the bag of sand into the container.  I didn't dump it out. Its also very easy to assemble. For the price it's good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my grandson who does karate.  It was a little big for him, but good thing is it is adjustable, so will be able grow with him.  The padding was good for being able to punch/kick.  Can be filled with water or sand for the base.

Good practice training bag

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the look of the bag, the assembly was extremely simple. But as soon as I stood the bag up afterwards, i laced my gloves on and with one punch the stand snapped and the bag flew across the room. Now I may have a decent right hook but there is absolutely no reason for the bag to break from a simple punch. I considered several options before finally just repackaging and returning the device for a refund. Now I am stuck looking for a new bag again after just buying this one.

One punch ????

Seems to be a good buy for the price.  I have had it up for about a week and it works well for my low impact punching work out.  Filled it with sand and it is fairly stable.
