Soft; easy to insert; quality foam form.  Made the mistake of factoring in the loft of the pillow instead of simply ordering based on the size of the pillow cover itself so the form ordered was a size too small.  Am using it anyway, with good results.  Will order the next size up when placing my next order from Walmart.

Pillow forms

I had to open the seam enough to insert my hand & arm in order to push some of the fill into the empty corners, then try to rearrange the fill within the cover to make the surface smooth again. The measurements are true. I was pleased with the price & the fact that they're Canadian made.

Corners not stuffed

I have bought these a few times the last couple years and the quality has changed. they are not as full as prior purchases. I will not purchase again simply due to the inconsistency of the product.
