Needed item for Battery start equipment especially thru very cold weather.  Keeps battery at full charge, again even in cold weather.  Waterproof case, can use this charger outside in wet weather.    I have one old 6-volt tractor, so the 6/ 12-volt battery charging selection is needed a feature not available on all chargers of this size and relative cost.  And the cost is very good.

This is actually the cheaper priced battery maintainer of ours and it's outperforming the one I originally bought a few years ago. North Dakota winters are hard on car batteries and having a way to maintain a battery charge is key, in my opinion. I really like this unit. Give it a shot.

Needed a trickle charger to keep the battery charged up on a new car that we don't drive much, lots of computer circuitry that's on all the time and is a constant drain on the car's battery. Been using this device for a while and it seems to be doing the job quite well.

Battery charger works as it should, good value.

My car had been slightly slow to crank every time my vehicle sat just for a couple of days and after leaving it on the charger for close to 20 days, it cranked like the battery was freshly charged.  The status lights are very easy to understand.  The only drawback is that reading the instructions are a bit intimidating because of the lengthiness and all the disclaimers of things that could go wrong and the dos and don'ts which I wonder if they are really as big of a deal as the instructions seem to suggest they may be.

Works like a charm

Does what it says! Simple charger and battery maintenance. I use mine to keep my 12v RV batteries healthy when stopping for long periods. As full time RVers wanted some to help maintain shore batteries are kept in best condition possible. When parked for extended time I place on backup batteries and switch out and repeat next long stay. For the price would buy again if this one ever goes bad. Only replace this time because a pesky squirrel decided liked something my older one and decided to help himself to some of the wires. Hopefully he gets his usefulness out of old on as I did!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was complete system with all accessories a person could need. It was packaged well and instructions were complete and easy to follow. It is also compact and takes up little space. I could not be more pleased.

I got this battery charger/maintainer to use while I had a device installed on my car that would constantly draw power leading to numerous no starts. After connecting this to my vehicle, it never had issues starting up. Very easy to install and is very compact so it stores very easily.

Great Trickle Charger

I left my motorcycle on with the key and the ignition for like 3 hours I put this battery charger on it 2 hours later full battery full charge bike runs fine!!  definitely worth it

I brought this to charge a 13v battery for our RV. I hooked it up and started charging the battery, 4 hours in, I went to check on it; it was so hot that you could not touch it without being burned. I quickly unplugged it. This is a fire hazard waiting to happen. The battery never charged. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
