Overall these are really great bumper plates. Does the job! I have this brand of weight in other sizes. My only complaint is that there was rust a little on the metal portion, but overall great product!

Great Weights, good price!

Great price for bumper plates. With all the gyms closed i needed extra weight plates for home. They are solid and fit tightly on the bar. They don't slide around like normal iron plates. Not sure if they are super accurate but they are close enough on my home scale. Only downside is they are pretty thick so they take up a lot of space on the bar. Not sure how many you could get on a bar but if you aren't lifting more then 495lbs you should be good. If you just need solid weights at a good price these are perfect.

Great plates for the price

My husband is a retired weight lifter. After years of working out at regular gyms he got bored of the usual push / press / body part kind of training, and decided to go back to Olympic weight lifting. He got some equipment for the garage, including the 45 LBS Everyday bumper plates and he says that they are well built and seem like a higher price product.  These were the only ones in stock, so he ordered some other more expensive plates from another company, but says that these are very comparable, even though they are not as expensive. They are low bounce and very solid. We will definitely get more Everyday Essentials bumper plates as they become available.

Great value for quality product

Bought these for my sons weight set. They are perfect! They set a little higher up on the bar so when lifting from the floor position, you don't have to bend as low. He even dropped them from a good distance up from the floor to test them out. Not only does he have the bumper weights, but 2 more plates he can use to lift with. They are exactly what he wanted and needed.

Excellent value bumper plates. I waited for a stock alert and ordered two 45lb plates as soon as they were available. Shipping was fast (less than a week). These plates are slightly thicker than the bumper plates I use at the gym, but the larger surface area fairs better for usage in the home.

Great quality

These were perfect starting out. Everyone was excited to have something heavy that wasn't going to destroy the gym floor. We thought we had found a good deal on a piece of equipment.

However, recently we noticed that one of the plates is starting to split along the edge, chipping away the rubber/plastic outer coating and revealing the insides. Many don't feel comfortable using it anymore due to the fact that they are now hard to handle (poses cut risk) and the possibility they could fall apart if lifted too far off of the ground.

We don't throw these around. They aren't dropped from a tall height. They are used as intended in a gym setting. Very disappointed in how they've held together. We've only used them for 3 months, yet it looks like we've had them for years now.
