Great mouse and keep my hand straight. It is a little bid pricey but worth the money because it help save in medical/ physiotherapy bills later. Years ago I got a condition called triggger finger for using too small mouse and now I am using this mouse in order to try to correct my problem.

As promised

Mouse works great, less clicks, and less strain on hand. I have one at work and home. May take a little time to get use to, but it is definetly worth it.

Great Mouse

Takes some getting used to but has a good feel to it once you do.

I am very happy with this mouse. I use it at work and it has helped me to be more efficient. I do a lot of copying and pasting of text from one field to another and the software allowing for customization of buttons makes this process easier. I used to move my hand to and from the mouse to the keyboard very often, but after assigning the thumb buttons as copy and paste, I can keep my hand on the mouse a lot longer while working.

I like the quick and easy mouse sensitivity adjustment on the mouse as well. The recommended setting is perfect and is nice and smooth.

One downside that I have noticed is that I sometimes knock the mouse over when going from the keyboard to the mouse because I'm not used to how tall it is. I think over time this may not be an issue though.

A Great Change

Worth every penny. My husband and I both healed our carpal tunnel symptoms by moving to this lefty mouse. Give it a good 2 weeks but then you'll even forget you'll switched.

I have found that I can use this mouse significantly longer than traditional ones, before experiencing discomfort.

Switched from a regular mouse

I sit at home on the computer for the majority of each day and I had developed significant arm, wrist, and finger pain from my old conventional mouse. I then searched for ergonomic solutions to relieve some of this pain and I came across the Evoluent Vertical Mouse 4 and ordered one up. It took less than 5 minutes to get use to using it and set up the buttons to do what I wanted them to. I don't even have to think about it now. The mouse is nice and light, the software is easy to use and the mouse is very accurate. It does seem to relive a significant amount of pain.

The only complaints I have are that the shiny metallic place where you rest your thumb can get a bit oily feeling depending on how much your hands sweat but not enough to cause discomfort but it is noticeable. Also it is it is a bit pricey at around 90 bucks, but in the long run it might end up saving more in medical bills.

Great ergonomic relief

I am not a PC guy, I am a MAC ( Apple ) guy. Always have been and always will be.
This mouse is only for a PC not a Mac. Don't care what they say about it ( able to work on both )
On a Mac, It's no better then a regular mouse. A $100.00 mouse that is.
