I never really thought there would be a brush that would help you utilize your hair oils until I found this. As self explanatory as it sounds it's just that easy. Just so my experience is being heard, my way of doing is is applying small amounts on the top of the brush and gently brushing the area I wanted the oil to applied to. Any ways best of luck and inventor thanks for making brush.👍🏾

Great brush. Doesn't pull hair like other brushes. My little one prefers this one because her hair gets tangles and knots, so it's a gentler brushing experience.  The bristles are stiff and the size is perfect.

this is a nice, gentle brush. the bristles are soft and don't rip through hair. This brush is ideal for toddlers and young children. that's why I purchased it, but it Also feels good on mature hair. Soft brushing detangles without pulling. This brush would also be good for sensituve cats. 

Overall, this soft boar bristle brush is as good as I expected and a bit more, because the price is very good..

nice, gentle brush

I can't speak for every curly girl but I will say this. . . Buy the brush! And here's why. I have always hated plastic/traditional detangling brushes. I felt like they snag and rip my hair out. I have type 3/4ish hair. Very thick and densely packed, however I noticed my strands are fine. (I know it sounds weird but basically my strands are fine but I have a lot of them making my hair appear super thick) Anyways, I bought this brush out of boredom. I got in the shower slapped a slippery conditioner in my head and used this brush to detangle in 4 sections. This was the best detangle I've experienced wearing my hair curly. You do have to make sure to section your sections to really work out the tangles, but this is the only brush that has ever glided thru my hair. I see men use these types of brushes for waves and now I know why. Today was the easiest and most defined wash day I've ever had. Just try it at least. (Please, with Lots of conditioner four sections and split the sections into rows in the shower so u can add water as needed) thank me later. May Peace, blessing and less shed hair be unto all my curly beauties!!!

For curly fine hair

Thanks to all the idiots that complained, this is now a hard brush. The ones I bought before were soft. A boar bristle brush is NOT a detangling brush. It is NOT a styling brush. It's meant to gently distribute the natural scalp oils onto the hair. That's why it's supposed to be SOFT!! Idiots don't even know how to use a boar bristle brush and they want to complain. Anyway, this time around, the brush is rough and the bristles don't feel like the first 2 I bought. They might have mixed it with synthetic bristles.

Bristles feel different

I was really interested in the oil distributing effects of boar bristle brushes in particular, so I bought this based off of Walmart's image. What I received didn't say anywhere on the package what it was made of, and so I tested a bristle. It does have natural bristles, but it also has nylon in it. False advertising.

The packaging in the online picture advertises the brush as 💯 boar. However, the packaging for the brush I received is from the same company but does not advertise it as 100% boar. This brush has more plastic bristles than boar. I call this bait and switch.

This is not the brush I ordered!  On the website the brush packaging says 100% boar hair brush which is why I bought it.  They changed the packaging....it no loner says 100% boars hair....so what are the bristles made of now?  Not sure if this is Boars hair or synthetic.

Is this Boars hair or is the bristles synthetic?

I was very disappointed in the brush. It brushes like a baby's brush. It doesn't get through the hair..My granddaughter has thick hair, even though she is only ten. It wouldn't get through her hair. Her mother had to go underneath to brush all the way through her long hair! When I tried to brush my hair, which is fine and not thick it felt like a baby's brush and didn't go through to the scalp! I've never experienced anything like this! I like the sturdy quality but certainly not the performance of it. If I hadn't already thrown the outer wrapper away I would return it for a refund!
