The easy to use LED Capacitive Touch front panel can dehydrate food at temperatures between 29.4°C and 73.9°C (85°F and 165°F degrees) with timers up to 30 hours. I borrowed a smaller Excalibur dehydrator from a friend last year so I could dehydrate larger batches of harvested food. I used it in addition to my own dehydrator that was not an Excalibur. The difference was striking so I purchased a larger model & am extremely happy with the results I am getting. I have used it to dehydrate a variety of fruit leathers, ready to rehydrate & eat soups, potatoes, & other vegetables. This was a fabulous investment. I also purchased the para flex tray liners for leathers & soups. They are expensive but well worth every penny! I strongly recommend both items for anyone serious about preserving the harvest.

I am enjoying the 6-tray stainless steel tray dehydrator and so far it's working great. I've been experimenting with it and learning the hard way about the importance of proper prep for the food being dehydrated (like crazing (blanching) cranberries). This model is super easy to operate. I like being able to see through the top and front. I originally wanted the 9-tray but am now very glad it was out of stock as the 6-tray fits perfectly in the space I have for it. I wish I would have bought the mats, too. I think stainless steel is a smart move given the concern around plastics.

I bought it mainly to make jerky and I love the product! !! The drying time is fast, uniform and the texture is just perfect! He gets a lot of food in it and is very quiet.

Wow, best product ever!

It's much bigger than I imagined.  But it's a beautiful piece and certainly not something you would want to hide.  It holds a lot of veggies and fruits or herbs.  I highly recommend it if you have sufficient space for it.

Great sale price with black Friday. Dehydrator worked amazingly during first batch of jerky. Easy to use and assemble. Feels quality. Looking forward to using more. Will warn it's sizable and takes up a good amount of space so make note of the dimensions!

Love our dehydrator, it's got my son eating more fruits and veggies which is a huge win for an extremely picky eater. He loves his veggie chips and dehydrated fruit it runs over night and is ready by morning. It's not to loud either.

Great dehydrator

A real electronic Excalibur at this price, it's really a good deal. It has an extraordinary space and very effective to dehydrate food, herbs and meat. Highly recommended. Before buying this product I did a lot of research but WalMart was the go-to company for a top quality machine with an unbeatable price.

Excellent purchase

Trays are a little misshappen so they scrape the inside when going in so check them for sqaure before putting them into the unit. The outside has a minor paint chip. Not major but enough I noticed it. I have only cleaned and prepped the unit for use. Tested by turning on, its very quiet for the size of the unit.  Im liking that it has a time feature where my other smaller older version didn't. I will change my review if required once i have actually used to unit to make something. Esthetically pleasing to the eye for sure though.

10 level dehydrated unit

Glass doors make it extra heavy and do not like the metal screens compared Excalibur 9 tray 3926TB Electric.  Also it does not come with silicone sheets for dehydrating sauces so those would have to be purchased separately.
