I purchased for my daughter for her first pregnancy! She is young and I wanted to make sure she would never forget anything that happens during! The book is beautiful soft and exactly what I was looking for!! As she has had it a couple I asked how she liked it. She said it's great! Very easy to write with the ideas on the pages way better than a blank page! Thank you so much Walmart!

This Pregnancy Journal is the perfect place to write "highlights" about you and your life when you were a child all the way up to the present. Moments in your life that may be interesting for your little one to read one day! Everything from where you grew up how, where you lived while you were pregnant, how much gas was a gallon when you found out you were pregnant, to what your cravings were while you were pregnant. It gives you space for details on topics you want to talk more about and it even works out by just answering the questions and putting pictures in the empty space if you'd rather just state facts with the personal touch of adding a picture!

Perfect For the First, Second, third....

I am pretty satisfied with the purchase of this pregnancy journal because of $value (Hallmark wants $30 for similar!!!), emotional value and the contents. The idea of documenting the pregnancy is great, and I am glad I did it with all my kids. Now my older ones enjoy looking through the pictures, read my thoughts and compare the amount of love they get now verses back then :)
However if I could, I would make couple of changes to the book contents. First of all, it's not a hard cover book (and even now the front pages are ungracefully curling up). Second, I would (AND DID) separate the 3 trimesters into chapters.
Otherwise---this book is a great keepsake for the next generation. I love writing down and organize my thoughts, events and pictures all in one place.

A nice alternative for a Hallmark version

I bought this journal for my daughter's first pregnancy. She's likes it very much. She's able to details in it a some of the memory books don't have. Great gift.

Mommie's little Bean

It is a good journal for people who like to write. I was looking for something to add pictures to and to add short exerpts. This is more to write a story about the pregnancy.
