Ideal for seeding and covering small to medium-sized areas.

Can be sturdy and well-made, but also prone to inconsistencies.

Bought this to use for ice melt salt application and it was fast and easy to use. Was able to apply salt in much less time than when using a hand held scoop. Handles were comfortable and easy to grip with thick gloves. It's not too heavy to push even with salt and the sand. Extremely happy I bought it.

Very easy to attach the handle and maneuver. It hold a large bag of granules and grass seed. The only issue is when the contents start getting low you have to tilt it back and forth to get the granules into the slits. I think any spreader would have that issue.

Easy to use

We are ver pleased with this spreader. The brand name we had before would tip over very easily and the settings were not accurate. Definitely worth the money!

Very sturdy

Assembly was simple. I only had to connect the handlebars. I was anxious to try it out. when I first started, it said to align on for 4.2. I think the numbering could be a little better. also, holding and unlocking the seas with the handlebar can be a little bit, especially if you have a big yard. I think that they should just have a lever wear it holds it open or closed. that way you don't have to keep squeezing the handle to open up the port. You also have to maneuver it left and right when the fertilizer is low, for it to go out the bottom when low. That's due to the structure of the spreader.

I could barely see anything fleeing out the spreader on the set number. but I was able to crank it up a little more and I put it at 6.5 and it's spread it out wide more than I anticipated which was great

for the price it is getting the job done

Everything operates as expected, except it distributes unevenly depending on how much material is in the hopper. High volume (and heavier) forces more out of the hopper versus when it is not as full.

Already broke, very hard to control spread evenness, puts more on one side, wheels make it difficult, and this is not made for someone taller than 5ft9. Very awkward use.

This spreader was not a good choice. The spreader would not close when loading therefore the substance used in the spreader with this spreader was not a good choice. You will pour in the substance and it will go straight to the ground. Low quality and low functionality

The spreader is hard to calibrate.  It either won't release product or spits out to much at once. It clogs easily, when product is released most gets stuck in the wheels. Very flimsy, would not recommend.

My biggest issue was that the spreader wheel kept sticking and pouring large amounts of weed %26 feed in straight lines...thus killing my grass from over concentration.  Secondly and less important is I didn't care too much for the spread pattern.  VERY disappointing give all the favorable reviews!!
