If I could give it a zero I would… we purchased a BBQ that the site claims this conversion kit is for… it's missing the “orifices” the ones in the BBQ are for propane and unsafe for natural gas… these can not be purchased separately.

Do Not Buy

I just bought this Expert Grill BBQ and started setting it up. As I worked through the instructions in the manual it tells me to install the brass orifice for Natural Gas. Ok, perfect! Well neither the BBQ I bought or the NATURAL GAS “CONVERSION” KIT comes with the Natural Gas orifice! This isn't a small oversight. They aren't missing from my box. They're literally NOT INCLUDED! Neither is an indication for the correct size so you could buy them online or something. Useless! This is a waste of money and a headache. Walmart needs to fix this NOW. Don't tell me to call your help line. Give me the size and thread dimensions of the part so I can solve this without your useless and purposefully incomplete “kit”.

Incomplete!

I would give this a zero but they will not let me. They call this a conversion kit and that to me means it converts something that is working one way to something else and still works. Well this useless conversion kit gets you half way there but is missing the most important parts the ( Orifices ) and guess what it will not work without them. The good companies will tell you right up front on the packaging does not come with ? sold separately. We recommend you buy ? to use with this product. I now have a pile of scrap metal sitting on my deck that I can not use and Walmart can not tell me the part number that I need to finish the conversion.

In proper Labeling

This item was completely useless. For you to change your bbq over you need to buy more pieces. Would not recommend Expert Grill BBQ if you want to attach to a natural gas line.

Useless Product

This conversion kit does not have all the necessary parts and the missing pieces can not be purchased

Won't work

Was recommended by a Walmart employee to purchase this kit for my expert grill bbq but it is completely useless. In the instructions it says to switch the orifices but no orifices have been provided and it's very difficult to find them anywhere. I better be able to return this.

Incomplete product

Does not have all pieces you need it tells you to replace the orifice with natural gas orifices but does not give you any dimensions or where to even buy any. They tell you to call the customer service number but when you do the person who answers does not know and tells you to go to store. Absolutely worthless product do not buy

Do not buy

It was recommended by walmart employee but it is the wrong dimension connection to the natural gass. I am guessing different standard for each country.
