This item was very nicely made. I was sad I had to return it. Unfortunately my pup had grown so tall so fast it was too small for him. Was a shame but the return process was fast and easy, just a little different since it was not through Walmart but a company that deals with them. You print out the return label from their website...then bring it to a UPS place and once its in the system they refund your money back to your charge card.
