Extra Large pill organizer is handy. Twice a day is good for me. Morning and nightime. A 7 day pill box with a secure clasps is important as they won't accidently spill out. The pill organzer is labeled AM and PM with the days of the week. Organzier is deep enough to holld several large pills without any trouble.

This is a great organizer. It really is large and it fits all of my pills with space to spare. I even have fish oil pills, the really big ones. I recommend this product. The ease to open is great too, you can put a rubber band around it to hold it open while you drop endless pills in. I bought two of them since the first one worked out so well. Highly worth it.

I have one thing to say: BUY THIS EXTRA LARGE PILLS ORGANIZER SIMPLY BECAUSE IT IS GENUINELY EXTRA LARGE AND THE QUALITY IS GREAT !!! I bought two and they were exactly what I needed. They're solid and not flimsy. I could fit around 22 large pills in one compartment and it was constructed well.

all my meds fit! I was so aggravated with the small day of the week container I had before. this makes everyone so much more convenient!

I take a lot of gummy vitamins which are large and they fit in this with my daily meds. Love this pill case!

It opens easily. Some others pop all the compartments open. This one keeps the others snug.

Finally a pill sorter with large slots which allows all my supplements %26 medicine fit inside.   Now I don't have to use 2 separate containers.  Sturdy construction, nice design, lots of space.

Big Enough

This would get 5 stars ⭐️ except for one thing… the fear that I'm going to break the lids every time that I open them.

The compartment size is AWESOME! They're the biggest ones that I've been able to find, and I'm thrilled… some of my supplements are ginormous and I couldn't fit all of them with all of my prescription meds in my previous so-called “extra large” pill cases, and it was beyond frustrating.

As I had mentioned at the beginning, the lids seem a bit fragile to me. They're tight upon opening, and it  seems  like if one were to continually bend them back, it would cause the hinge area to become weak… and that could cause it to eventually break due to the stress on the plastic, just like bending metal back and forth causes it to break. 

I'm very careful both filling the case and taking my daily/nightly meds out of it. It's become part of the Sunday morning routine of loading it and the daily routine of taking my meds. I no longer even think about it.

If you take a lot of meds and supplements like I do (unfortunately) I definitely 💯 recommend that you consider getting this pill cases. Other than the lid issue, the rest is made of very sturdy plastic, and it's definitely colorful! There's no doubt about that!

I love this case despite its one flaw

I didn't realize before I purchased this pill organizer that the morning compartments have the day and time printed upside down. And when I received the organizer, the compartments were arranged so that the weeks started with Saturday. Thankfully, the lids to those compartments are removable. I took them out and arranged them so that the weeks started starts with Sunday. It's not a bad product; it's just poorly designed. 
I do enjoy the large compartments and the secure closure.

Just a heads up before you buy: the daily compartments are NOT detachable. The product description mentions an "outer container and pillboxes," which easily creates the illusion that you can take individual days out for travel. However, the entire thing is actually one single solid piece of plastic. While it might be okay to throw into a large suitcase for long trips, it is way too huge and bulky to fit into a regular bag for a daily work commute.
