Technically I haven't had to use it yet, we just went through a Blizzard with Hurricane force winds and luckily I still have power, but its nice to know I have a generator there to depend on. I put it through its break in period for 5-5-1/2 hours by keeping it under half load and also alternating loads from lower to higher as well. The generator was easy to set up and starts easily once you have all preliminary items done like oil and gas. I would recommend getting a wheel set as its a bit heavy to carry around so wheels are a must and I would highly recommend getting the 30 amp cord that splits in to 4 receptacles, other than having a Generator Panel or a Generlink , its the only way to get your full rated wattage out of it. It seems like a great little generator at the requirements I need.

FIRMAN Power Equipment

Have used on a job site for about a month now, with frequent starts and stops, and it seems excellent for the price. Always starts very easily, consistent and immediate power supply when a load is introduced (no split second period in which the tool is underpowered when you first "pull the trigger"). I would definitely buy this again.

Great product.

Bought this for my off grid camper as a backup power option for the winter when solar and batteries aren't the best options. Setup was simple and easy, and it fired first time on a half pull of the cord. Purrs like a kitten, and seems to do very well on initial tests.

Excellent mid sized generator

The product appears to be reasonably well constructed, and performs as expected. I like that Firman also offers various cords to work with it. Would have been nice if there was a weather cover or something to protect against the elements to run it during storms for backup power, even if available separately.

Decent Quality for the Price

I will use the generator as a back up power source during any eventual prolonged power outage due to an eventual ice storm (I'm in Quebec, Canada). Contrary to numerous other generators, it comes with the necessary connexion (L14-30) that can be coupled with a Reliance Control transfer switch. During my tests trials which I recently completed, it started on the first pulls and ran smoothly while I conducted the tests with my house furnace and other appliances (such as this computer that I'm writing on). It does run for a full 12 hours with a half charge.

This is an excellent product that starts on the first pull

Purchase generator a month after the hurrucane Maria. It proved to be a very reliable machine that was put to the most extreme situations. It was used daily for over two months. The Firman P03605 3650 Watt 120/240 cETL provided our family plenty of power for our basic needs. It was a peace of mind during a very difficult times and it allow me concentrate in other necesitties such as food and water. Although by this time the power has been mostly restored we still have mayor blackouts every month and the Firman P03605 3650 Watt 120/240 cETL is still reliable generator in the most difficult situations.

The only thing I didn't like is I thought I was getting it with a remote and when I got home n saw it didn't I called the place I got it at. They didn't seem to care and told me if I wasn't happy to return it :(

Good product

This generator was put into action one week after purchase, was easy to setup, start, and met all my expectations. I am totally pleased with this generator and would recommend this to anyone.

Great buy!

Use for one fridge, two pump, one microwave, plugs for charging a phone or a tablet and some lightning in the kitchen and in the basement. There's some power left !
