Smell

Nozzle

We have a Catahoula who is prone to seizures making it difficult to find products that protect our pup against fleas and ticks. Our pup isn't the biggest fan of the strong peppermint scent though it does the trick! It's killed fleas and ticks on contact and helps repel mosquitoes. Wish the spray stream on the bottle was wider to help with even coating of the fur and skin, it's my only complaint over the last couple years I've used it.

Great Alternative to Pills

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried many Flea products and it seems to work the best so far for me, cause I have found other flea products that have been out on the market for a while seem ineffective on fleas anymore. I run a Cat Rescue and foster alot of kitties its important to me I buy products the are safe and will work around animals . I have bought other Skouts Honor Urine Clean up products and they work fantastic for me. I will definitely buy again!

Flea Spray

I've used this spray for years and I'm not very happy there isn't a small spray bottle anymore. The must action was perfect, now I'm reading you only have this new option that apparently shoots a stream. Thus is NOT effective 8n an all over coat spray. Do you not have the other one at all anymore?? I guess I'll have to find sometjing else 😞so tired of companies changing things unnecessarily!

Great product but I'm upset no small bottle

I've been using this product for a couple months now for flea prevention, and no flea infestation has occurred! It smells good and seems to be effective! The only thing, is the spray bottle. It sprays directly instead of a mist so I have to rub it in on my dogs bedding, etc. I just switched the solution to a new spray bottle that has the mist setting and it works wonderfully :) overall, I do recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works ok, definitely a layer of protection. I am finding ticks on my golden retriever with this product. It's not the milky looking consistency that is shown on the website, it's clear looking.

Flea and tick spray

The product smells great and I'm hoping it is truly working. Unfortunately the threads on the screw top for the spray nozzle pop off and the bottle falls when spraying with one hand. I've wasted about 1/3 of the bottle from it falling off from the spray nozzle and on to the floor. Having to use two hands to spray a viscous solution everywhere is no fun. The spray nozzle says there is two functions but it's really the same spray type but one drips more. Also, can this be used on cats? It only says “pets” not “dogs” on the instructions but the label is for Dog + Home.

Smells great, easily breaks

I saw that others have complained about the harsh stream of product coming out instead of a mist option, but the spray nozzle itself came completely off - casusing about 1/4 of the product to spill all over a rug. Such a waste of product, but at least the room smells like Christmas... could be worse I guess. I love SH products so I'm hoping this naturally potent formula does the trick. I spotted one live flea on my dog and a bit of “flea dirt” so I'm hoping this stuff kills any larvae or remaining fleas I didn't get. Fingers crossed!

Nozzle Issues

First squeeze of the bottle caused the whole top to pop off, spill on the floor and now the bottle just leaks :(It's a shame because the product itself seems to be effective and carries a nice fragrance. I really hope they find a new bottle design, because it's clear my experience is not uncommon!

Decent product - crappy cap

I got this for my pup since we're going hiking. I was super excited for it but the second I grabbed it, the product leaked from the nozzle and now I smell like flea and tick repellant

Bottle needs improvement

I bought this for my dog and no where on the label does it say not safe for cats. Too late. My cat has a weird rash now . Also the bottle is crap.

No clear label not safe for cats !
