We brought two of these to try before deciding whether to get one of the more expensive toothbrushes on the site. I have two children and we used these for 2 weeks and in that time the bristles fell out and the silicon cover kept coming off the brush head. I think these brushes are design over substance and I wouldn't recommend for children.

It's a lot better than expected and really gives a clean feeling after brushing. However ours suddenly stopped working after 2 weeks- we assumed this was due to a needed battery change, which we did (not so easy- the new one to recharge is probably a lot better), but still not working :-(

Great brush but stopped working after 2 weeks

I love this tooth brush!  Easy in my gums, but leave my teeth as fresh and clean as when I've just left the dentist's office.

I bought this toothbrush a few months ago, I was brushing my teeth ever since, it's a very kind and precise, totally new experience!! I'm very happy to have it and definitely will buy it again! :)

Great toothbrush!

This toothbrush has truely changed my life. Having autism sensory issues I am adverse to nylon bristles. The silicone on this is has made brushing my teeth so much easier. Excellent design, compact, cute and easy to handle.

Perfect for sensory overload to bristles

Trying to use it was extremely difficult. The on button doesn't stay on, you actually have to hold the button down the whole time. It is extremely difficult to hold the button down while you brush your teeth. My hand cramped trying to hold it down and brush. If this had a normal on/off button I would definitely give it a higher score and recommend it to others.

The on and off button doesn't work properly

I bought this a few weeks ago, it arrived super fast within just a few days. I was blown away with how clean my teeth feel after using it the first time. I've used an Oral B electric toothbrush my whole life and they have never cleaned my teeth this well. I also love how gentle the silicone is - my gums never hurt after using it even if I press too hard. 
Overall a great purchase! Definitely recommend

Best toothbrush ever

I was skeptical but interested.   I already had other Foreo's so I was familiar.  You gotta get this!!   I love it.  Description is honest.  I'm not kidding!

Honest

I just used my ISSA play for the first time and discovered that I need to hold down on the power button when brushing. This is an annoying feature. My fingers get tired from having to push down for so long. It would be better if one push turned on the sonic brush and a second turned it back off. Otherwise, I enjoyed the comfort and level of cleanliness the toothbrush provided for my super sensitive gums and teeth.

Could be easier to use

I've been reading the reviews for this product. I'm a little confused why no one can replace the batteries. I've taken mine out and replaced them. Just pinch on the the 3 little wave symbols they are on both sides you will hear a little click. And the batteries come right out.
