You know, when I was a young newspaper boy in Miami? Selling newspapers on street corners. We would yell read all about it and read all about it extra extra extra extra. So now that I'm an old man and retire, let me tell you. This is The best oil filter in the nation . Take it from a retired mechanic of 50 plus Years. They're filters for my personal  van.

Does not fit the 2008 Dodge ram eight cylinder gas engine which actually calls for a PH 10060
Which is rated on walmart.com as not a good fit “ does not fit your vehicle “
  That's one is listed the PH2 as a correct fit however it is not need to return it

i bought 2 of this brand one was good, someone had swapped the fram for a cheaper ac delco, so just keep ur eyes wide

I got home and discovered the oil filter had been used and [presumably] returned. At just $4.17 it wasn't worth my time to even return it (and waste time and gas), but the fact that it ended up costing me a great deal of headache, and more money, compels me to at least try to warn other customers you need to open and inspect any items you purchase online BEFORE you return home. I pray this helps someone!
