[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second pair of Frye boots. The black Billy pull on boots are definitely the look I was hoping for. I love the rugged yet sexy look of them. They will go with jeans and dresses. I can't wait to wear them out with all the Holidays coming up! I love the smell of Frye boots and my older ones still have it. I wear size 8 1/2 and that is what size I purchased and they are great fit. Love when they get worn in and fit like a glove! Highly recommend!!!

These are my fifth pair of Billy Pull On boots. I have every color, I think, I may have doubles in one or two pair. Just like now, I am about to invest in another black pair because I have worn my other ones out. I could get them resoled, but I think I want to start anew. I hope Frye never stops making these. They are a staple in my closet. Whenever the temperature dips below 5o degrees, I put them on, rain or shine. My husband keeps them polished for me and looking good. They are the absolute best!

THESE BOOTS ARE THE BEST

I have been eying these boots for a while, and I just couldn't hold off any longer! We are seriously downsizing to small space living in the mountains, and I needed a versatile pair of boots that are both practical and stylish that can be worn year round and can carry me from traipsing out into our mountainous backyard to evenings out at nearby vineyards and breweries - ones that can be worn with dresses or jeans. These exceeded my expectations in every imaginable way. 

As with all Frye boots I've owned, they are comfortable right out of the box with no break-in time. I was concerned about the various reviews regarding sizing up or down, so I chose to go with my usual size 7, and they fit like a dream, with or without socks.

I can't wait to style them with my fall outfits now that the days are growing cooler. They've definitely got me in the fall frame of mind, and the scent of new leather is an added perk since I unboxed them and set them out. I'm looking forward to the added character of a good pair of worn in boots that look like I've had them forever!

The perfect versatile boot!

These are everything! Like butter. I would say go up a half size if your feet are wider mine are more narrow so I stuck with my regular size. The Billy's are my fave style of Frye. This is my 3rd pair, the other two are inside zip boot. Comfortable right out of the box uou will feel like a babe, guaranteed

IN LOVE

I own the Jackie Button size 9.5 and love it. The heel is too high for me these days so wanted something new. Between the fact that the Billy has a low heel, and is more pointed I ordered a 10. My heel slips a lot so am debating on if I should try the 9.5.

Pretty boot

Run a little big, but I have only worn Tony Llama's until purchasing. Sole can be slippery at first. Toe leather has already begun to wear out after a 1-week of use. Only wearing in city landscape, so sidewalk might be contributing to quick distressing in leather. Overall, very comfortable and easy to put on/off. Minimal breaking-in required.

Pretty Good

It's a beautiful boot, I am absolutely in love with the design. The leather is very stiff and not quite easy to break in. Definitely not the most comfortable western boot I've ever had. They also make a lot of noise when you walk. They are somewhat squeaky. 10 stars for the look, about 2 for comfort.

Beautiful not comfortable

This is my first (and likely last) pair of Frye boots. They are super cute… on the picture. The boots I WANTED (that I saw online) had a somewhat pointed toe and what appeared to be supple, conditioned leather. What I received was a dry-looking, round-toed, UNLINED pair of boots. I thought surely the boots would have some form of lining. The inner seams are completely exposed. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. I expected quality from Frye. Now I know…
