Works as expected. It holds an 80lb heavy bag and sits firmly on the floor.  Pretty solid design. I am a moderate striker and don't need any extra weights to keep it stable.

Pretty dang* good!!!

Seems to get the job done. It does move a bit without weights when hit hard and consecutively, but not enough that I've felt the need to weigh it down.

For the price it's great easy set up I have a 100 lb bag that so far is holding up well you can't get crazy with the bag but can do a few solid hits and kicks in a row before the stand moves. It does have 3 weights plates so make sure you have heavy weights to keep the stand in place

took me 15 minutes to set up. everything looks great. it's better quality than I thought. it's bigger than I thought. this is an incredible deal. I'm so happy never been this happy over something that I've bought before

What a deal

The stand is good however, you need to put a lot of weight down to hold it from moving all around.  Since I did not have weight plates I bought 50 pound sand bags from home depot to hold it from moving all around.  Although,  I have five - 50 pound sandbags holding it down it still shakes a lot but it does the trick. I think the manufacturer needs to build this a little sturdier so, it won't move so much.  Overall,  I give it a b- for now but its perfect for a little kid or teenager who is just hitting the bag. I  recommend for adults to get a 100 pound bag so, it won't move so much. I have a 70 LB bag and it's not heavy enough for me. They say the heavy bag should be at least half your weight.
