Excellent pen in this price range. The grip is perfect. The barrel and cap have a wonderful smooth finish and the clip is nice and effective. The nib <F> was displaying hard starts so I swapped it out for another nib and now all is well. The weight and design of the pen is spot on. I just wish Faber-Castell would commit to this pen and offer it in a much bigger color selection. If you want to be competitive with the Lamy AlStar, then give your customer color variety! I would buy multiples for my collection and for everyday writing variety. And offer it in a stub.

A really good converter

Converter is easy to use and clean.  I like the easy option of being able to change colored ink at will.

Great product.

I was so excited to get this and stop using wasteful ink cartridges. It worked at first, but within less than an hour it stopped working. The converter wouldn't stay anchored in the pen and so ink was dispensed unreliably. I'm disappointed.

This pen does not come in a package which makes me wonder if it's authentic. Writes nice and smooth though!
