This is  a very dangerous chair! This chair is supposed to support 400 lbs but as soon as someone over 200 sits down, the chair becomes completely unstable and if you lift the foot pad, the chair tilts forward! I had to grab it myself and tilt it back with all the strenght of my body  so my client wouldn't fall on the ground! I could have had very big problems if my client had hurt herself!  I am returning this chair and hope I wont have any problems to get my money back including the 150$ shiping charges! I will write a second review on the reimbursement process.

Very dangerous: not sturdy and tilts forward!
