Ive used Fastway hitch shanks on two different trucks.  The first one had fewer holes - it was for a Honda Pilot.  This one is on a Chev Silverado 2500HD diesel and it fits the Equalizer Hitch perfectly - the hitch used the next to bottom hole, so very little of the shank is showing under the hitch.  I looked all over the internet and Walmart had the best price.  Delivery came a day earlier than specified.
Only complaint is that the shank was shipped in an oversize cardboard box with just 2 air cells, so the shank beat the box up like a rag doll!  But the box was taped up good, so it survived just fine - just looked more like a cardboard bag than a box!!  Walmart usually packs better than this...
