This product was installed for an employee complaining about a sore neck. Since the keyboard manager was installed, the neck pain seems to have been better. It is still too early to tell, but the position the employee types is a much better position than before.

This is a "Top of the line" Keyboard tray. Good but not the Best.
The Cloth Wrist support is hard to clean.
The rubber pad on tray is nice and is also hard to keep clean.
In a short time mine had the eternal dirty look.
Make sure you have a lot of room under desk, it needs it.
I had 2 modular file cabinets that rolled under my desk with a normal keyboard tray.
With this model I can only have one and had to remove the mouse tray - I just put the mouse on the keyboard tray

This is a great product for a Large table in an environment that stays very clean and at a station that is not used very much!
For me - I make my living on a keyboard and this simply will not take the wear and tear.
The plastic part the hold most of the weight broke after a year and factory would not replace. BEWARE <
